Quick answer

When does AISubswithCrypto give a refund?

AISubswithCrypto gives a full refund in the same crypto when a paid order cannot be delivered. The full amount you paid goes back in the coin and on the network you used, never as store credit. A code we confirm was invalid when delivered is treated the same way. A valid delivered code cannot be returned for a change of mind. Email [email protected] with your order reference; we reply within 24 hours.

1. When do I get a full refund?

When your payment is confirmed and we cannot deliver the card you ordered. Full refund in the same crypto if a paid order cannot be delivered; a delivered code cannot be returned.

We never swap your card for another issuer, country or value without your agreement. If the exact card cannot be issued, the order moves to Refund pending in your account, then to Refunded once the transfer is sent.

The code is due in your account within 24 hours of payment confirmation. If that time has passed and My cards is still empty, email us with the order reference.

2. How is the refund sent?

In the coin and on the network you paid with, for the full crypto amount you paid: BTC back in BTC, USDT on Tron back in USDT on Tron. Send us a receiving address for that coin and network. Our team checks it against the original payment before sending.

The network or withdrawal fee your wallet or exchange charged to send the original payment is yours, as the terms of sale say.

3. What if my code does not work?

Report it. A code that is invalid, or that is not the card you ordered, is not a change of mind. Revealing the code does not remove this remedy.

First check the usual causes. A card works only with an Apple Account or Google account of the same country as the card, and an App Store or Google Play subscription renews from that balance only while it lasts. Check that you redeem in the right place: the App Store or Apple Account for Apple codes, Google Play for Play codes, chatgpt.com for the ChatGPT card. Check the typing, too.

If it still fails, email [email protected] with:

  • the order reference;
  • the exact error message, or a screenshot of it with the code hidden;
  • the store you used and the country of the account.

We check the report and record a written decision on your order. If we confirm the code was invalid when delivered, or was not the card ordered, that line counts as not delivered. You get a valid code of the same card or a full refund in the same crypto.

4. What is not refundable?

  • A valid delivered code, for a change of mind. Anyone who sees a delivered code can redeem it, so it cannot be taken back.
  • A valid code for a country that does not match your account. Each card page shows its country and the issuer's region rule. At checkout you confirm that you checked them. Check the account country before you pay.
  • The subscription itself. We sell the card, not the subscription. Refunds of an App Store, Google Play or ChatGPT subscription follow the rules of Apple, Google or OpenAI.
  • Price changes by the app maker. The issuer and the app set the price of the subscription your balance pays.
  • Your own network fees for sending the payment.

5. What if I paid too little, too late or on the wrong network?

Do not send a second payment. Email [email protected] with the order reference and the transaction ID.

Our team matches the transfer to your order and arranges the right outcome. A payment that arrives after the 30-minute invoice expired is reviewed against the original amount. A short payment, an overpayment or a transfer on another network is reconciled by hand, and any return goes back to the original payer.

6. How do I ask for a refund?

Email [email protected] and say which case applies. Include:

  • For an order not delivered: the order reference and a receiving address for the coin and network you paid with.
  • For a code that does not work: the order reference, the exact error, the store and the account country.
  • For a payment problem: the order reference and the transaction ID.

We reply within 24 hours. Never post a code in public. Share it only with us, by email, for your own order.
