Quick answer

What does the AISubswithCrypto acceptable use policy forbid?

AISubswithCrypto cards are for eligible purchases, such as an AI subscription, on an account of the card's country. Forbidden: fraud, money laundering, paying with funds that are not yours, evading country rules or sanctions, unauthorized account access and shared or resold AI accounts. Paying in crypto with no KYC up to US$1,000 per order changes none of these rules. Orders that break them are refused or cancelled.

1. Who does this policy apply to?

Every account and every order on AISubswithCrypto. It is part of the terms of sale. The account holder answers for the orders placed with the account number, whoever typed them.

2. What are the cards for?

Paying eligible purchases with the issuer, on an account of the card's country. Typical uses are ChatGPT Plus, Claude Pro, Google AI Pro or Perplexity Pro bought in the App Store, on Google Play or on chatgpt.com.

You can give a card to someone else. Check first that their Apple Account or Google Play country matches the card. A card works only with an Apple Account or Google account of the same country as the card, and an App Store or Google Play subscription renews from that balance only while it lasts.

3. Which uses are never allowed?

  • Fraud. Paying with stolen funds or with a wallet you are not allowed to use, or ordering to cheat a third party.
  • Money laundering. Using card orders to move or hide the proceeds of crime.
  • Forbidden purchases. Using a card for anything the issuer's terms or the law forbid. Apple's US terms, for example, forbid using its gift cards to buy more gift cards.
  • Unauthorized account access. Signing in to, or redeeming a card on, an Apple, Google or AI account without its owner's permission.
  • Splitting orders. Dividing a purchase, or opening extra accounts, to get around an order limit or an eligibility rule.

4. Can I use the cards for shared or resold AI accounts?

No. We never sell, share or rent ChatGPT, Claude or other AI accounts, and we never ask for your login or password. Our cards must not fund such schemes either. That covers shared ChatGPT or Claude accounts, accounts sold or rented to several people, and "top-up" services that ask for your password.

These schemes break the AI providers' account rules, and the accounts end up blocked. Our page on buying a cheap ChatGPT Plus account explains why.

5. Which country rules apply?

Not sold to Iran, North Korea, Cuba, Russia, Belarus, Syria, Yemen, mainland China or Western Sahara; orders of Turkish, Indonesian, Vietnamese and Thai cards are paused. These rules apply to the buyer and to the country where a card is redeemed.

Do not order from an excluded place, or for someone who is in one. A VPN, a false country at checkout or another person's account does not change where you are. Using them to get around these rules breaks this policy. We do not help anyone change their account country to pay a lower regional price. Changing the country of an Apple or Google account is subject to Apple's and Google's own rules.

6. What does AISubswithCrypto not offer?

  • No code-testing tool and no free-code generator.
  • No buying of cards from the public: we do not take in other people's gift cards.
  • No help to redeem a card outside its country.

7. What if someone demands a gift card code from me?

Stop and check the request yourself, through a channel you trust. A demand to hand over a code as a tax, a fine or a prize fee is a known scam. So is a stranger who tells you which card to buy and then urgently asks for its code.

Keep payments and codes private. We cannot promise to recover funds or codes that you have already disclosed. The US Federal Trade Commission explains the warning signs in its guide to gift card scams.

8. What happens if this policy is broken?

We refuse or cancel the order before delivery, and the accounts involved can be closed.
