How do I pay for Perplexity Pro with crypto?
Perplexity takes no crypto, so you pay for Perplexity Pro with crypto through a store card, mainly an Apple card in the iPhone app. AISubswithCrypto sells Apple Gift Card and Google Play gift card codes at face value. As of 29 October 2026, Perplexity Pro costs US$20.00 a month in the US App Store, against US$17 a month billed yearly on the web, and one US$25 card covers a month. No KYC.

Does Perplexity accept crypto?
No. Perplexity's billing FAQ lists Visa, Mastercard and Amex cards, Cash App, Google Pay, Apple Pay and ACH transfer, all through Stripe (read 22 October 2026). No coin and no crypto processor appears, and we found no Perplexity gift card.
The same FAQ says invoices for App Store and Google Play subscriptions come from those stores. That store billing is the crypto route: you pay crypto for an Apple or Google Play card, redeem it on your own account, then subscribe in the Perplexity app.
How much does Perplexity Pro cost on the App Store and on the web?
US App Store prices and Perplexity's web prices, read on 29 October 2026. Apple shows no billing period: the monthly price is the most frequent price of the item.

The second item named "Perplexity Pro" carries the Perplexity Max price in all 37 countries that list Max; Apple's page does not say what it is, so we do not call it a yearly plan. US App Store prices exclude sales tax: US$25 still covers US$20.00 at any rate below 25%.
Is Perplexity Pro cheaper on the App Store or on the web?
On the web, if you pay a year up front. Perplexity's page shows Pro at "17 $US" a month "en cas de facturation annuelle" (with yearly billing): about US$204 a year. Twelve months of Pro in the US App Store at US$20.00 cost US$240, 17.6% more. Perplexity does not show its monthly web price, so a month-to-month comparison is not possible.
The App Store route has one advantage for crypto users: you pay month by month from a card balance, with no card of your own on file at Perplexity. Perplexity says store subscriptions "cannot be transferred": to move to the web later, you cancel in the store and subscribe again on the web.
Which of our cards covers a month of Perplexity Pro in your country?
According to AISubswithCrypto's price check of 29 October 2026, one in-stock Apple card covers a month of Perplexity Pro in 26 of the 39 App Store countries we checked. Method: the smallest single card value we sell in that country that is at least the monthly App Store price; US and Canadian prices exclude sales tax, so we add 12% and 15% there. Google Play prices were not checked; the last column only lists the Google Play values we sell.

A card works only with an Apple Account or Google account of the same country as the card, and an App Store or Google Play subscription renews from that balance only while it lasts.

Take the value from the table on the pricing page, for example a US$25 US card. Exact crypto amount per order in BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, LTC; the invoice is valid 30 minutes.

Redeem it to your Apple Account
Follow Apple's redeem guide. Apple's rules state an Apple Account balance pays subscriptions bought in the App Store.

Pick Pro in the app. Apple bills the plan; to stop it, you cancel it in the App Store, as Perplexity's transfer guide describes. Store and web billing stay separate.
What does Apple say about paying Perplexity with a gift card balance?
Apple's rules state that an Apple Account balance pays subscriptions bought in the App Store: "Or pay for subscriptions to apps from the App Store." Perplexity's help does not name Apple balance. Apple also says "Some subscriptions might not be charged to your Apple Account balance", without a list, and some purchases need a credit card on file.
At renewal, Apple charges the balance first, then your other methods. With nothing to charge, the account shows a negative balance until you add funds. So one US$25 card pays one month at US$20.00; the rest waits for the next renewal.
Can I pay for Perplexity Pro with a Google Play card?
Perplexity sells Pro on Google Play: its help names "Android/Google Play" subscriptions. Google states that Play balance pays subscriptions on Google Play, in the balance's currency, but that "Some subscriptions do not accept Stored Value". Perplexity is not named either way.
We did not check Perplexity's Google Play prices, so we do not say which value pays a month. Google also does not say whether a Play balance keeps paying renewals until it runs out. We sell Google Play gift card codes in 43 countries: see the Google Play card page.
Is there a Perplexity Pro gift card?
We found none sold by Perplexity. Its terms say promotional codes "may not be duplicated, sold or transferred", and its plans are for "personal, non-commercial use only". A "Perplexity Pro code" sold by a third party is therefore not something we sell or recommend.
We never sell, share or rent ChatGPT, Claude or other AI accounts, and we never ask for your login or password. A store card you redeem yourself, on your own account, is the clean route.
