Quick answer
Can you pay for Midjourney with crypto?
No. You cannot pay for Midjourney with crypto: as of 22 October 2026, its payment page lists only Stripe methods (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Alipay and Link) and names no App Store or Google Play billing. Its terms ban resale, so no reseller or account shop is a legitimate route. AISubswithCrypto sells crypto cards for ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini, but nothing that pays Midjourney's $10 Basic plan.

Which payment methods does Midjourney accept?
Only what Stripe offers on its checkout. Midjourney's "Accepted Payment Methods" article lists major cards and, in some regions, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, Alipay, Google Pay and Link. It adds that "PayPal isn't currently supported." Crypto does not appear anywhere on the page.
The plans, per Midjourney's plan comparison: Basic $10 a month, Standard $30, Pro $60 and Mega $120. Yearly billing brings Basic to $8 a month, Standard to $24, Pro to $48 and Mega to $96. By our arithmetic that is 20% off on every plan, paid up front for a year.
How many AI tools accept crypto officially?
Very few, and Midjourney is not one of them. According to AISubswithCrypto's payment check of 22 October 2026, 3 of the 40 AI products we checked list crypto on their official pages: Suno (a stablecoin, in some regions), OpenRouter (USDC) and NanoGPT (29 coins). One, Venice.ai, could not be reached. Method: a product counts only if its own pricing page, help center or terms name a crypto method.
For the other 37, crypto reaches the tool only through a payment method the tool accepts, such as an App Store or Google Play balance. That route needs the tool to bill through the stores, which Midjourney's payment page does not mention. The same question for another tool is answered in can you pay for Cursor with crypto?.
Can an App Store or Google Play gift card pay for Midjourney?
Not by any documented route. An Apple Account balance pays "subscriptions to apps from the App Store", and a Play balance pays subscriptions bought on Google Play. Both only work for plans sold inside those stores.
Midjourney's payment page names Stripe and no store billing. A Midjourney plan bought on its website is charged through Stripe, so a store balance never reaches it.
Can I buy Midjourney from a reseller instead?
No, not legitimately. Midjourney's Terms of Service, effective 27 May 2026, say: "You may not resell or redistribute the Services or access to the Service." Anyone selling Midjourney "accounts", "seats" or prepaid access is selling something the terms forbid.
Account marketplaces do have Midjourney sections, next to their ChatGPT and Claude ones. For ChatGPT we documented shared accounts, pre-made accounts and "activation" with your login. Any bought account carries the same risks: it can be closed, the seller keeps control of it, and crypto payments do not come back. Our page on buying a cheap ChatGPT Plus account details each model.
What can AISubswithCrypto do for Midjourney?
Nothing. We sell no Midjourney card: Midjourney offers none that we found. We do not sell, share or top up Midjourney accounts, and we do not pay a Midjourney plan on your behalf. We never sell, share or rent ChatGPT, Claude or other AI accounts, and we never ask for your login or password.
What we do sell is narrow: Digital Apple Gift Card (App Store & iTunes), Google Play and ChatGPT gift card codes, the cards that pay ChatGPT Plus, Claude Pro, Google AI Pro, Perplexity Pro and other AI subscriptions bought in the App Store, on Google Play or on chatgpt.com. An Apple Gift Card or Google Play gift card pays tools that bill through those stores; Midjourney's payment page names neither.
What legitimate options are left if I hold crypto?
Only the Stripe methods, in your own name. Midjourney documents no other route, so the question becomes how you hold a card or wallet that Stripe accepts.
- A card from your bank or a licensed card issuer, in your name, that allows online and foreign payments.
- A wallet Midjourney lists in your region, such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Alipay or Link, backed by such a card.
For AI subscriptions in general, people ask about crypto-funded cards such as RedotPay or Binance's, and accounts such as Wise. Midjourney's page says nothing about them, and Stripe or the card issuer decides whether a given card goes through. We give no advice on getting around an issuer's identity checks.
If the tool you want is a chat assistant rather than Midjourney, ChatGPT, Claude and Google AI Pro do bill through the App Store and Google Play: see how to pay for ChatGPT Plus with crypto. Their prices are on the AI subscription prices page.
